A little dress for Beri. I used the Simple Dress pattern from Lotta Jansdotter's Simple Sewing for Baby. Yikes bias tape is not my forte and in my rush to get something completed in the first day I will likely have to go back and fix the bias on the arm holes.
It's definitely a little rough in places but perhaps Beri's smiling face and this beautiful fabric will detract from it's flaws. This is my third KCWC and it's the first time I feel like I might not make it to the end of the week after just one day. I best go back to my old faithful, knit fabric and sew up something cute tonight to change my attitude!
And Beri is not wearing this dress today, we woke up to snow!

Mmm love that mustard! And the little closure. I feel the same way..knit fabric is my comfort zone now too.
